Great customer service, friendly practical advice (not just trying to sell you the most expensive thing on the shelf) and unmatched  aftersales service.  Offers the best aftersales support I've encountered and on the rare occasion I have had a warranty issue, Dave has gone out of his way to ensure the issue was addressed as quickly as possible.  I am a multi return customer because I have not found better service and customer support anywhere.  After recommending Afterdark to friends (including three of them using thermal equipment in a professional environment), all of them are now running gear from Afterdark and all of them are 100% happy.
