The HikMicro Lynx Pro thermal monoculars are produced by Hikvision for the Australia market previously under the Wolfcub brand and are second to none in quality. The HikMicro Lynx Pro (formally called the Wolfcub Alpha) thermal monocular is equipped with a 384×288 12um <35mk infrared detector and a 1280×960 LCOS display. The Lynx Pro series boasts features such as on-board recording, WiFi streaming, LCOS display and Wi-Fi hot spot. It supports functions of observation, distance measurement and more. The high-sensitivity built-in thermal detector provides you with a clear view even in total darkness. The monocular is mainly applied to scenarios such as patrolling, law enforcement, search and rescue, drug enforcement, anti-smuggling, criminal seizing, hiking, travel, and hunting.
HikMicro thermal products feature three innovative functions for better environmental adaptability: Auto Gain Control (AGC), Digital Detail Enhancement (DDE), and 3D Digital Noise Reduction (DNR). AGC adjusts the dynamic range of the image to help the image retain balanced brightness; DDE, based on an algorithm defining region of interest, renders more detail in the on-screen image; and 3D DNR further minimizes the influence of “hot pixels”, making images appear even sharper.
